What's the Schedule Like?
There will be 5 Game Periods, with the Registration desk available earlier on Friday. The general schedule is:

However, folks can sometimes be found hanging out on Thursday night and Sunday after we clean up. While these are not official game times arranged by The Council, you'd be welcome to hang out if the event space is available!

Can anyone sign up to run a game?

Yes! Anyone who is registered/attending can fill out the Game Submission Form. While we will gauge which submitted games suit our spaces, schedule, and registrants, we welcome GMs who have not run games with us before! (Keep in mind that folks tend to sign up for games with systems/themes that are familiar.) Please check out our game submission page HERE!

How do I sign up for games??

Once you are registered/paid, you're added to the e-mail list to be notified about the Game Schedule! We'll let you know the moment the schedule is ready/live, and also any updates to the schedule that you need to know as we approach the event weekend.

 

Typically you sign up for RelaxiCon games by e-mailing whomever is running the game and saying, "Hey, I wanna play!"

We will also update the schedule when games are full, and whether they are accepting a waitlist.

Is there food on-site?
We will be providing snacks and water stations (see below). The hotel does have an Indian restaurant attached, and a Dunkin Donuts with limited morning hours as well. There is not much within walking distance.

 

We recommend searching Google Maps around the venue (Address: 1110 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills, PA) for other food options; there are many options within driving or delivery range.

You can and should order for yourself or in small groups.
Please plan to meet your delivery person in the lobby when possible to avoid confusion with the front desk/other guests.

​

Will there be water stations?

Yes! We will have a small selection of complimentary snacks and drinks in the Board Game Room, and water stations available to refill your own bottle from home.
 

You may also bring your own snacks & drinks; please keep items limited to a bag/cooler. We may designated a table to tuck away your coolers.
 

Please Note:  No Glass Containers are permitted in the Main Event Space, including inside coolers.​

​

Will there by a Styx this year?

Sadly, no.  Having lost the use of the Auditorium, we are giving Amateur Night at the Styx a rest this year.

​

Will there by a Sing-a-long this year?

We will have to gauge the possibility of a small song circle on Saturday Night after Midnight, and will make an announcement during the event.
